Emily came out as trans at 14 in 2009 while in a doomsday political cult. Now she’s an actress, comedian, writer, and drag performer.

In 2012 Emily became a resident host of a YouTube collaboration channel called AndroGenetics, which starred 5 trans and gender nonconforming vloggers from around the world. The channel gained upwards of 24,000 subscribers.

Emily left her hometown of Leesburg VA in 2014 and graduated with a B.A. in Theater from Oberlin College in 2017,  finding a new home in Los Angeles among the downtown drag and queer acting communities. She produced and emceed the wild drag variety show “Fake Smart” from 2020 (online until 2021) to 2024.

Emily’s onscreen debut was in 2021 for Austin Young’s art film “Jump Cut #3. In 2022, she was featured in a midterm voting campaign for the It Gets Better Project. She reprised this role in 2025 for their “Trans Day of Visibility” campaignShe also became a regular in notorious new works showcases around LA, such as Gina Young’s “SORORITY” and Jibz Cameron’s “Weirdo Night” as her drag character “Siri”.

In 2023 Emily began gaining recognition in stand-up and emceed Page Person’s “How I Became A Person” showcase at the Hammer Museum’s “Made in LA” exhibition.

In 2024, Emily was cast in Piper De Palma’s short film “ End of the World”. She was also cast as the lovable extraterrestrial true crime/beauty influencer “Tracking Error” for Meow Wolf’s Convergence Station in-exhibition app.

In 2025 Emily was cast in Zackary Drucker’s short film “Mones”, and later that year her irreverently raucous drag whodunnit “The Miss Woof Woof Doggy VisionEyez BarkUP Sparkling Sunshine State Drag Pageant Spectacular 2025” was chosen by The Elysian Theater’s renowned annual “Spaghetti Festival” for production.

Everybody say “Hey, Siri!”

Emily performs multiple times a week as her drag character “Siri”, incorporating lip-sync, stand-up comedy, performance art, physical comedy, dance, live music, and video projections into her presentation. Siri has performed at the Hammer Museum, the Pacific Design Center, the Globe Theater LA, the LA Fairplex, Grand Park, Oasis SF, Zebulon, the Lyric Hyperion, Mickeys, Hamburger Mary’s, Precinct, Roccos, Redline - once in Las Vegas for the Electric Daisy Carnival and twice in Rothbury, Michigan for the Electric Forest music festival. She has been featured in two music videos.

Her drag persona has been described as “pleasantly unhinged”.

In 2020, she began producing and emceeing a digital drag show called “Fake Smart”, and in 2021 “Fake Smart” emerged from cyberspace onto the real stage. Fake Smart was featured in the LA Times in 2023.

In 2025 her irreverently raucous drag whodunnit “The Miss Woof Woof Doggy VisionEyez BarkUP Sparkling Sunshine State Drag Pageant Spectacular 2025” was chosen for production at The Elysian Theater’s renowned “Spaghetti Festival”. The show sold out and received rave reviews.

Apart from emceeing, Siri is known for her puppetry, absurdist (and usually messy) performance art, twirling an LED contact staff, vulnerable storytelling, and having invented the color green.
